  • Enhance service coordination to improve prevention and treatment outcomes for mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse

  • Advocate for McHenry County’s Specialty Courts, which provide opportunities for offenders to move on from our court system and successfully re-enter the community

  • Build on efforts to train and re-equip displaced workers facing barriers to the labor market

  • Support law enforcement, including the McHenry County Sheriff’s Social Worker Program and the Regional Training Center

  • Increase paratransit service levels to improve access to goods and services for individuals facing mobility challenges
